Speaking from experience, I called him in to check my AC unit after I had a company inform me of a leak and that I needed Freon. I had a free AC inspection from this company. At first they were informative but then I noticed they were putting pin holes in my ducts and my AC unit was cooling fine. Then when they went out they told me one of my units had a leak and that a valve needed to be replaced and that I needed Freon.
When mustafa came he did his visual routine inspection. He informed me that he doesn’t suspect a leak. He still went further to check for a leak on both units and didn’t detect anything through his detector or bubble check.
He went into the attic spaces and checked on the equipment and was honest with me.He taught me that if I was low on Freon my AC unit wouldn’t cool the temp in my house by 3 degrees cooler than it was in less than 10 minutes. He also taught me that whenever a company connects to the Freon gauge, you can loose 6-8 oz of Freon.

Mustafa was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly very honest. I was told by another HVAC “specialist” that I need to replace the motor but when Mustafa came he diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes without replacing the motor even though it was ready with him. I would recommend him all the time.
