We have gone through many HVAC companies, and we eventually recommend to find a Carrier specialist. Gentle Air came and put in a great effort to resolve our issue that was causing us problems for 4 weeks. They were able to resolve the issue in just two days. They are worth the price.

I had a wonderful experience.The company changed my evaporator coil quickly. They ordered it and replaced immediately . Mustafa provided me with advice to get the compatible filter( The old one was less efficient). Mustafa also looked at my other unit and noticed it was shaking. He analyzed the issue and fixed it. He was patient and professional. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.
My AC went out on Sunday 05/25/2025, it was a raining day, I call Gentle Air and they came immediately and start working, unfortunately all parts dealers warehouse wear closed and the next day was Memorial Day holiday, so we had to wait until Tuesday 05/27/2025 when Mr. Mustafa was able to get original parts and he rushed to work on the unit with his Son and thanks God we now have a cold Air in the house, the charge was reasonable for 2 days work. Gentle Air is a 20 years family operated busines, and I recommend it for anyone. Walid Akaweih, P.E.
